These services will include but are not limited to evaluating and advisement services, specific procurement actions, staff augmentation, and other related services. Estimated Value: $100,000.00 Term (Years): 12 months Vendor: Rhonda Ulmer d/b/a RMS Consulting Services Justification: Due to the workload, Ms. Ulmer is needed to assist Procurement Services with purchase orders. Ms. Ulmer is already familiar with the Florida statutes and regulations, which could save weeks of training costs.
