Description
General work description: The Town of Queen Creek is seeking proposals from qualified firms/consultants to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of the Town’s Purchasing Policy. The consultant will work closely with a project team consisting of Town procurement staff, Town Attorney and other staff during this project. The components of the review and analysis should include all current Town practices, procedures, policies, procurement software, state statute, federal requirements, general accounting practices, introduce new or amended policies and any other resources necessary that will result in a comprehensive Procurement Policy that will be adopted by the Town Council.
