BILLING-3115 - USA (Beaver Street, New York) - Payments, Billing, Refunds and Receivables Processing Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide payments, billing, refunds and receivables processing service to the government authority located in Beaver Street, NY.• The Agency seeking a qualified contractor for the process of validating, aggregating, and consolidating files received from agency, matching the agency files payment totals to a single payment made via Fedwire, and producing a consolidated output file for agency to post payment records to taxpayer’s accounts.– The Contractor must designate a customer service/account manager that will serve as the Agency’s primary point of contact for all service–related issues– All third–party relationships in connection with this project must be provided in the Contractor’s proposal and the services to be provided by the third party – The Contractor must submit monthly invoices to the Agency no later than thirty (30) days after the close of the reporting month– Finance expects the advice file to be transmitted and pass all validations within 4 business days after the wire d– The advice file should be sent to the Contractor no later than the tax due date for each tax period(2) The contract period will be for six years.
