Vendor needs to provide fiscal agent services to support the efficient, effective, and compliant implementation of federally and state–funded community programs to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Fiscal Agent will provide centralized financial administration services that can be accessed by any procuring agency. – These services will enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance, and ensure transparency across all funded projects statewide. – Fiscal agent will serve as the trusted financial intermediary, managing the receipt, disbursement, and reporting of project funds, while allowing each procuring agency to maintain full control over programmatic decisions and project operations. – The Fiscal Agent will not assume legal or operational responsibility for any projects but will be responsible for safeguarding funds, maintaining accounts records, and providing comprehensive financial reporting.
