MB-10310 - USA (Illinois) - Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Account, Commuter Benefits and COBRA Admin Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account, dependent care account, commuter benefits and COBRA admin services.   – Provide Plan Document and Summary Plan Description– Process and maintain Employee FSA, Dependent Care Account, Commuter Elections – Process Employee Requests for Reimbursements, including 1st level of appeal for claim denials – Facilitate Employee Reimbursements – Provide Debit Cards for access to account funds – Perform nondiscrimination tests for the Dependent Care benefit  – Provide access to status reports of services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.    (3) The contract period will be three years.
