7th and College Street Parking Deck- TRADE PARTNER OUTREACH

Please join Gilbane on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, for an Information Session and Trade Partner Outreach event regarding the 7th & College Street Parking Deck project. The session will include an overview of the project, the bid package plan, the prequalification process, and the small and diverse business commitments. The overall project includes demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new 263‑space urban precast concrete parking deck with elevators, egress stairwells, emergency generators, fire pump, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail shell space along 7th Street. Streetscape improvements to 7th Street are also included.
