Description
The City of Frederick (City) is proposing to revitalize the 7th Street Fountain Park, located at the intersection of North Market Street and 7th Street in Downtown Frederick. Revitalization includes landscape and infrastructure improvements in addition to renovation of the historic 7th Street Fountain. The successful Bidder will provide all construction items required for a fully functioning public park space in accordance with the provided approved construction plans, provided supplementary general/special provisions/specifications, City’s specifications and standard details, and scope of work identified in this IFB. NOTE: The 7th Street Fountain Park Revitalization & Renovation project will be completed in two phases. This IFB is for Phase II only, as outlined in the following scope. Phase I is currently under construction. Pending availability, project documents from Phase I, fountain restoration/renovation, will be provided to the successful Bidder for reference.
