Industrial Painting and Coating

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of an industrial painting contractor to perform miscellaneous painting and coating work for Pierce County. Possible work locations include but are not limited to: Chambers Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, outlaying Collection Pump Stations, the Environmental Services Building, and other selected Pierce County facilities on an as-needed basis. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The scope of work will be identified by Pierce County and then estimated by the successful contractor, including, scope, required hours, and materials to complete work. Work will then be assigned by Pierce County with a purchase order number. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor, and all necessary equipment to perform
