(1) Vendor needs to provide professional photography services for university of limerick conferring ceremonies.      – A high–quality service from experienced / qualified individuals or companies to provide graduation photography services on an as needed basis to agency, with a strong customer focused ethos. – Providers will need to demonstrate their services can be delivered and managed to the highest standard. – To provide for professional photography services for Graduation Ceremonies held annually at the university. – Attendance, on campus each day, at University of Limerick for Summer (June); Autumn (August) and Winter (January) Conferring Sessions to provide professional photography services for graduates and their families their conferring ceremony.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
