Continuing Services Electrical Contractors

The City of St. Augustine is seeking qualified, licensed electrical contractors to provide continuing electrical services on an as-needed basis through a Continuing Services Agreement. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a pool of experienced contractors capable of performing a wide range of electrical work to support the City’s ongoing maintenance, repair, renovation, and small capital improvement needs across City-owned facilities and infrastructure. Services may include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair, system upgrades, code compliance corrections, emergency response services, and new electrical installations. Work will be assigned through work orders and may vary in scope, size, and complexity. Contractors must demonstrate the technical expertise, capacity, and responsiveness necessary to deliver high-quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner. The City encourages qualified firms with experience in municipal, commercial, or public-sector electrical projects to submit qualifications. Selection will be based on demonstrated experience, qualifications, and the ability to meet the City’s ongoing service needs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
