QUALITY-2861 - USA (Detroit, Michigan) - Inspection and Materials Testing Services - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide inspection and materials testing services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. • Construction inspection services:– Review and interpret plans, blueprints, sketches and specifications, and report detailed information of factors or issues that may affect projects to agency.– Perform routine traffic control and detour inspections.• Construction materials testing:– Perform construction materials testing services.• Inspection field supervision and coordination:– Supervision: Provide direct supervision, guidance, and scheduling for the field inspection team to ensure all active project sites are adequately staffed and monitored.– Quality assurance: Review and approve Daily Inspection Reports (DIRs) in agency–approved software to ensure technical accuracy, complete quantity reporting, and professional documentation.• Project engineering:– Provide expert engineering guidance for complex field conditions, including deep excavations, soil stabilization, and potential utility conflicts.– Assist agency management in the administrative workflow for the construction contract. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for year year. (4) Virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
