The City seeks professional engineering services from a qualified and experienced Consultant to provide material testing and quality assurance, employment practice labor compliance verification, daily construction inspection and reporting during construction for the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Pedestrian Crossing project in accordance with Caltrans Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM). The project is funded with Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Federal and City Funding. The targeted DBE goal for professional services contract is 8%.
