Description

The Work under this project consists of construction of approximately 2,700 linear feet of new roadway in the Tidewater Gardens area. The Project will include 2 and 4 lane roadways, wide sidewalk, buffered bicycle lanes, pedestrian accommodations, and a new traffic signal at St. Paul’s Boulevard and Freemason Street. The Project will also include sanitary sewer, water service, stormwater management, pavement markings, and signage improvements. Funding for the project includes state funds. In order to be considered for award, all prospective bidders shall be pre-qualified with the Virginia Department of Transportation in accordance with Section 102.01 of VDOT’s 2020 Road and Bridge Specifications.
