I. IMPORTANT DATES: Wednesday, May 1, 2024 – Bid opens Monday, May 6, 2024 – Q&A ends Wednesday, May 8, 2024 – Bid ends All Electronic Bids must be submitted on OpenGov Procurement on or before 4:00 PM (PST) ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA OPENGOV PROCUREMENT AND MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE BID CLOSED DATE AND TIME. NO EMAILED BIDS, HAND-DELIVERIES OR LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
