2026-2029 Overhead Door Maintenance, Repair, and Condition Assessments

The purpose of this bid, and the requirement contract awarded following an evaluation of the bids received, is to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Condition Assessments at a fixed cost per asset and Repair Work on a time and materials basis, as requested, for specified Overhead Doors and Overhead Door Systems components at all facilities owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD). Repair work may include emergency repair requests and partial or full replacement of Overhead Door system components. The duration of the requirement contract with the NEORSD shall be three (3) years, or until the funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first from the effective date of this contract.
