Overhead Door Maintenance & Repair

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide all materials, equipment, transportation and labor necessary for preventive maintenance services and reactive repair services on an ‘as requested’ basis for approximately one hundred sixty-seven (167) overhead doors, as listed in Attachment A. The City reserves the right to add and/or delete overhead doors as necessary.
