Cannabis Equity Assessment Services

The City is seeking a qualified consulting firm(s) to provide the following services: The selected consultant will conduct an assessment related to cannabis equity within the City of Vista. The consultant will lead community driven research, assessment, and analysis for social equity in cannabis industries to help inform future cannabis programs. The assessment is to look at populations and people groups who may have been adversely affected by cannabis criminalization within the City of Vista and provide the history and context of the people groups most affected. The assessment will inform and help shape a cannabis social equity program for cannabis cultivation and potential future types of cannabis businesses in the City of Vista.
