(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency response plan consulting system.• Review the District’s completed Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA).• Review the District’s existing Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and related emergency planning documents.• Evaluate the current ERP for compliance with the America’s Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA), applicable federal and state requirements, and current industry best practices.• Update and revise the ERP as necessary to address identified gaps and incorporate current best practices.• Coordinate with District staff throughout the project.• Conduct at least one working review session with District staff.• Provide one draft ERP for District review and one final ERP incorporating District comments(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
