EXTRA-72909 - USA (Colorado) - Integrated Pest Management Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated pest management service to the government authority located in Colorado. – The selected provider shall deliver ongoing monthly Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services at each of the fifty–four (54) designated sites/locations.• Routine inspection of building interiors, exteriors, and grounds for evidence of pest activity, harbourage and conducive conditions.• Monitoring and documentation of pest activity using monitoring devices, traps, and visual inspections.• Identification of pest species and assessment of infestation levels.• Application of appropriate control measures, prioritizing non–chemical and least hazardous methods.• Sealing, exclusion recommendations, and identification of structural or sanitation deficiencies that contribute to pest activity.• Documentation of services performed, products applied, locations treated, and recommendations for facility staff at each visit.• Maintenance of records, service logs, product labels, and Safety Data Sheets for each site/location.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
