Description
Valley Sanitary District ("VSD") has prepared this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and is requesting proposals from qualified and interested contractors ("Proposers") to sample and perform analyses for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in non-potable water samples. Analyses will be required for both Contractor collected and VSD collected samples (the “Project”), RFP NO. 'Project ID Title: 'Project Title VSD is seeking professional services for a Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Study. The objective of this study is to evaluate PFAS occurrence in VSD’s sanitary sewer and the wastewater treatment plant to determine the fate of PFAS compounds during wastewater treatment. The Contractor will assess the presence and concentration of PFAS in samples provided by VSD, as well as Contractor collected samples from Industrial Users (IUs) and/or Commercial facilities.
