LABORATORY ANALYTICAL SERVICES

The Town of Manchester is seeking an analytical laboratory to provide testing and reporting services to support monitoring efforts associated with the Manchester Sanitary Landfill, Department of Public Works, Highway Fleet Garage, Police Department Garage, MS4 system, and other Town projects, operations, and facilities. The selected laboratory shall be certified by the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) Environmental Laboratory Certification Program for the requested analyses. The laboratory shall be able to provide standard organic and inorganic parameter analyses on water and solid samples. The Town may also request analyses of emerging contaminants, such as PFAS / PFOS." The laboratory may subcontract certain tests from another DPH-certified laboratory if prior notice is provided to and an approval is granted by the Town.
