(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and bulk mailing services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Provide printing, finishing, and bulk mailing services for public outreach and communication materials.– Services may include high–quality digital and offset printing of mailers, brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, booklets, magnets, signage, event materials, stationery, and other printed materials.– Services may also include pre–press layout support, print–ready file review, proofs or samples, trimming, folding, scoring, binding, specialty papers and finishes, packaging, delivery, and bulk mailing support, including addressing, mail preparation, presorting, documentation, and delivery to designated locations.– Pre–press layout support, including coordination necessary to make materials print–ready and to align production files. – Custom print solutions for project–specific needs, including specialty paper, finishing, binding, folding, scoring, gluing, and magnet placement when applicable.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1,2026.
