(1) Vendor needs to provide retirement plan service to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.• The Agency seeks a qualified and experienced custodian to assist with the administration of the retirement plans.• The selected provider shall work with the retirement plan Working Group and our third–party advisor to ensure that the plans are administered in an effective, responsible, and professional manner, consistent with industry best practices• Deferral election on the third–party website including age based and special catch–up contributions• Beneficiary Recordkeeping• Beneficiary confirmation and death benefit claim processing• Investment of Contributions• Monitoring all deferral limits and provide warning messages when limits are approached• Investment transfer of existing assets• Tax withholding and reporting of distributions• Educational Services to participants and plan sponsor(2) The contract period will be for five years.
