(1) Vendor needs to provide multisystemic therapy services to the government authority located in San José, CA.– Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an intensive, evidence–based, family– and community–based treatment model designed to address serious behavioural health needs among youth who are at risk of out–of–home placement, justice system involvement, school disengagement, or hospitalization.– Services will include comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, crisis response, caregiver engagement, and coordination with schools, probation, child welfare, and other community partners to support stabilization and improved outcomes for youth and families. – Identify the multiple determinants of serious behavioural, mental health, and substance use needs for each justice–involved youth. – Provide families with concrete resources to meet housing, medical care and legal assistance needs and assist in making available follow–up support resources as needed. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
