Sealed or Electronic Qualifications addressed to Ector County Purchasing Agent, Andrea Moralez will be received by Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Any qualifications received after closing time will not be accepted. All qualifications should be received either electronically, or at the location below by the deadline.
