(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA migration and modernization services.– Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive migration and modernization of its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems across two wastewater treatment plants and multiple remote water and sewer facilities.– Provide full lifecycle services including assessment, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and support.– Implementation partner/system integrator shall provide all labour, development, software configuration, testing, documentation, coordination, commissioning, pilot implementation, and temporary systems required to deliver a fully operational system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
