Description

The general items of work include the modernization and upgrade of one (1) two-stage hydraulic elevator, its components, and other work as more thoroughly described in the plans and specifications. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, labor, supplies, and manufactured articles for the Project. It shall also include the furnishing of all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work to be constructed is located the Municipal Service Center, 1993 Rancho Conejo Blvd. in the City of Thousand Oaks.
