MRB-55444 - USA (New Jersey) - Community Event Programming Consultant Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide community event programming consultant services.– Community event programming consultant will serve as a leader and liaison with the operator responsible for the advanced planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all community event programming, operations, and communications at the newly restored and updated theatre.– Provide strategic coordination and oversight of operations for all community events.– Communicate with the theatre booking team for information on available dates, placingholds for events on requested days.– Event type and proposed schedule.– Production needs (audio or lighting or video or etc.).– Staffing needs (guest services, security, box office, etc.).– Food and beverage concessions and catering needs and preferences.– Seat costing or locations and ticketing needs.– Collaborate closely with venue and event management teams to support seamless executionof community events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
