The Project consists of roadway and circulation-related improvements within the boundaries of SMF beginning near the intersection of Lindbergh Drive and Crossfield Drive near SMF’s southern entrance. Specifically, these improvements consist of widening Lindbergh Drive, to enable the addition of a center lefthand turn lane and sidewalk adjacent to Lindbergh Drive, and the construction of a short “on ramp” connecting Lindbergh Drive to Airport Boulevard allowing traffic to exit Lindbergh Drive and enter southbound onto Airport Boulevard.
