Medical/Rx and Dental Request for Proposal

The City of Heath is soliciting sealed electronic proposals for a contract on Fully Insured Medical and Dental coverage in the office of its broker, HUB International. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM CT on October 2, 2025 . Late proposals will not be accepted. Proposal information may be obtained from HUB International, caysi.mitchell@hubinternational.com . One electronic copy via email should be submitted to Caysi Mitchell of HUB International, caysi.mitchell@hubinternational. Proposals will be treated as sealed and will not be opened until the submission deadline. The City of Heath reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City.
