Our organization is committed to ensuring that our employees have access to high-quality, cost-effective Medical, Vision, Dental, Life and Voluntary Benefit care. We are particularly interested in a vendor that can offer the following:</p><ul><li>Competitive Pricing</li><li>Effective Clinical and Chronic Condition management programs</li><li>Performance guarantees</li><li>Best in class network discounts and access</li><li>Robust wellness solutions with a dedicated wellness budget of at least $165,000 under the medical plans</li><li>Flexibility and customization</li><li>Superior plan and member service experience</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div><p>All electronic submissions must be received no later than <strong>5:00 p.m. local time on Monday, August 4, 2025 </strong><strong>in the OpenGov system.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>No proposals will be accepted after that date and time unless the City extends the deadline by a written addendum.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions of them, to waive irregularities, informalities, and technicalities, to re-issue or to proceed to obtain the service(s) desired otherwise, at any time or in any manner considered in the City&rsquo;s best interests.&nbsp; The Director may, at his/her sole discretion, modify or amend any provision of this notice or the RFP.</p><p>Deadline for questions or written requests for clarification is<strong> Monday, July 24, 2025</strong> <strong>and must be submitted in writing </strong>through the OpenGov system or to the Attention of the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Attention:</strong></p><p><strong>Trisha Simon Webster-Benefits, Wellness &amp; Engagement Manager</strong></p><p><strong>City of Cleveland</strong></p><p><a href=\"mailto:tsimon@clevelandohio.gov\"><strong>tsimon@clevelandohio.gov</strong></a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The selected provider will be notified as soon as practical after analysis of all proposals required in compliance with this request.&nbsp; The City reserves the right to review details of services with potential vendors to ensure system compatibility prior to contract award.&nbsp; <a><strong><u>The City may conduct Finalist meetings in late 2025.</u></strong></a></p><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>It is anticipated that the contract will be effective no later than April 1, 2026.</p><div><hr align=\"left\" size=\"1\" width=\"33%\"><div>&nbsp;</div><div><div id=\"_com_2\"><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div><p>&nbsp;</p><div><hr align=\"left\" size=\"1\" width=\"33%\"></div></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div>",
