Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for L–PBF GRX–810 Temperature Impact and Defect Content on Very High Cycle Fatigue Stud.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that UNIVERSITY OF TOLEDO is the sole provider of L–PBF GRX–810 Temperature Impact and Defect Content on Very High Cycle Fatigue StudNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
