(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced metering infrastructure system and implementation services. – Agency desires to purchase and implement an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system for the agency’s water management and billing needs. – Provide professional services necessary to implement the system and train agency staff on the new software.– Water meters. – Sewer meters.– Meter boxes and lids.– AMI endpoints.– Data collection system: provide and install a data collection system that includes, data collection units (DCUs), repeaters, other data collection network components and connection to backhaul networks.– Portable devices.  – AMI system software: provide a Head End System (HES) software that interacts with other AMI system components to obtain meter readings and monitor AMI network performance.– System integrations: configure all system software.– Meter and endpoint installations.– Project management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026. (3) Voluntary pre–bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026.
