EQU-18967 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Collapsible Event Stage Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide collapsible event stage service to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.– Stage Decks should have minimum load rating of 250 lb./ft and material thickness of 0.080, with ¾ “hook and loop perimeter for skirting attachment.– All decks carpeted, should be solution–dyed fibers: 60% UV polyester/ 40% UV polypropylene, latex backing, thickness 0.208 and weight 12 oz/yd.– Leg system for all decks, measuring both 24” and 8”.– Should be constructed with 2” square aluminium tubing, hand–tightened locking mechanism. It should be plastic glides to protect flooring, and the legs should be able to store beneath the deck.– Railing or guard rail system, approx. 48” wide x 36” high in dimensions, able to clamp–on with attachment, in a black powder–coat finish.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) Virtual pre–bid conference will be held on July 27, 2026.
