(1) Vendor needs to provide modular and enterprise–grade retail sales management system.• Agency is seeking a secure, scalable, and fully integrated solution for these services, and proposals may reflect either a unified suite of services or a collaborative vendor network that optimizes the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial customer interaction to fi anogenital ledger posting• Fragmented legacy systems into a single, cohesive platform that provides solutions for in–store and online sales, advanced inventory management, and maintains stringent fi noncoal accounting tailored for the collegiate retail environment.•The integrated system will provide a vertical ecosystem to promote sales growth and market presence in both brick–and–mortar location(s) and e–commerce channels• Using built–in analytics and reporting in real–time from any location, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module is designed to capture and analyze constituent data across all touchpoints. – The system must support synchronized promotions, loyalty program management, and a seamless physical in–store to online interface to enhance the student and fan experience• Inventory Management– The Offeror shall implement an enterprise–grade Inventory Management System designed to provide 360–degree visibility of stock levels across all University retail locations and digital and physical warehouses.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026(4) Optional Pre–Proposal Teleconference will be held on July 15, 2026
