(1) Vendor needs to provide advertisement services.• Provide camera ready artwork and/or finished video.• Provide in–house talent as needed for audio, at no additional cost.• In regards to Digital Advertising, offeror should include programmatic advertising, server–to–server integration with a minimum of 70+ media exchanges, and ability to offer 1st and 3rd party data.• Final written approval from agency is required for all advertising(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026
