(1) Vendor needs to provide evidence–based youth community violence intervention strategy intervention service.– Provide community–based organizations to design, implement, and manage an evidence–based Youth Community Violence Intervention (CVI) strategy– The selected organization will lead a comprehensive approach that treats violence as a public health issue by engaging trusted community members to prevent and de–escalate conflicts, provide support and connections to services for youth at elevated risk of involvement in violence, and promote positive community norms that discourage violence and foster long–term safety– This strategy should be rooted in proven practices, community engagement, and collaboration with local stakeholders to reduce violence and improve community well–being.– Detect and interrupt violence: The vendor will identify potentially lethal conflicts, deploy violence interrupters to mediate conflict, and respond immediately after violent incidents to prevent retaliation and ongoing cycles of violence– Identify high–risk individuals and change behavior: The vendor will utilize outreach workers to build relationships with high–risk youth, assist youth with developing nonviolent conflict resolution skills, and connect them to local resources– Foster a culture of nonviolence: The vendor will build and mobilize a community–wide commitment to peace and accountability through community events, public education campaigns, resident engagement, and positive messaging.– Violence Interrupters (VIs) will build extensive networks of trust–based relationships with community residents, businesses, organizations, and institutions to identify conflicts and disputes that have the potential to escalate into violence(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026
