(1) Vendor needs to provide roofing supplies to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ.– Stocking requirement:– To ensure timely availability of materials covered under this solicitation, the contract shall maintain an inventory of the goods specified herein.– Each facility shall maintain adequate stock levels of roofing materials to support ongoing city requirements.– Roller sticks, covers, frames.– Synthetic base sheet.– Liquid sealer.– Silicone coating. – Silicone flashing compound. – Skylights. – Hand tools – push brooms. – Hand tools – brush trials. – Hand tools – utility knives, blades.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–submittal meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
