LEGAL-17324 - USA (New Haven, Connecticut) - Marshal Services for Low Income Public Housing - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide marshal services for low–income public housing to the government authority located in New Haven, CT. – Marshal Services to conduct service of process, including but not limited to notices, summons and complaints, and subpoenas, in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, in connection with summary process, eviction actions, and various civil actions.– Marshal shall be responsible for instituting and completing service for all evictions, including but not limited to serving notices to quit, summons and complaints, and executions for possession; completing and executing returns of service and military affidavits; testifying at hearings and trials; collecting rent, when applicable; filing documents with the appropriate court; scheduling andcoordinating evictions with agency’s designated moving and storage contractors; and conducting evictions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
