Consulting Services for Compensation Program Transition

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide consulting services/carry out a feasibility study, entailing a comprehensive review of the City’s current compensation program and the viability/practicability of transitioning from the existing traditional salary ranges to broadbands or multiple salary structures.
