The City of Santa Monica desires to hire an experienced consultant to assist Risk Management staff with strengthening the reporting tools used to measure the financial and operational performance of the Workers’ Compensation Program. Risk Management uses the reporting tools to identify program trends and corresponding strategies to control workers’ compensation costs and objectively report program performance to key stakeholders (e.g., departments, Finance Director, City Manager & City Council). The ideal consultant will possess a track record for successfully assisting public entities with controlling workers’ compensation costs.
