IFB #215467 - Compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) Qty 2

Laramie County Community College (LCCC) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. (MT) on September 15, 2026, for the purchase of two (2) factory new compact Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) defined per the included IFB specifications. Each bidder may provide multiple pricing and specifications for up to three (3) different vehicle units. Each vehicle bid shall include a document package unique to each vehicle, which includes at a minimum the following: LCCC Bid Pricing and Submittal Document Specification sheet per vehicle bid Warranty per vehicle bid Total Bid Price Expected delivery date The required delivery date of the van is on or before January 30, 2027 unless otherwise negotiated. Bid response must be submitted by September 15, 2026 by 1:00 p.m. (MT) via Public Purchase Online Bidding System OR emailed to procurement@lccc.wy.edu. Proposals received after this time will NOT be considered or accepted. **All RFP responses must include a completed and signed "Bid Submittal & Pricing Document" included in the IFB document attached, or they will not be considered.**
