Pinellas County Utilities Engineering is seeking a drilling services contractor to provide a five year contract for services as needed to include, but not be limited to: evaluation, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, and construction of wells owned and managed by the Pinellas County Utilities Department. Vendor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, skills, tools and labor necessary and incidental for performance of these services.
