(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic video transcription services.– Electronic video transcription services for virtually held authority board meetings and various authority meeting events. – Virtual electronic reporters shall use the video link provided by the authority to complete electronic video transcripts of the authority's recording.– Transcribe audio content from video files into written text.– Produce synchronized caption files in .SRT format, aligned with spoken dialogue and relevant audio cues.– Include speaker identification when applicable and non–speech elements e.g., music, applause, laughter as appropriate for accessibility. (2) The contract period will be for two years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
