HEALTH-10334 - USA (Vancouver, Washington) - Injury Care Coordination and Navigation Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide injury care coordination and navigation services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA.• This service will work on behalf of the individual to schedule appointments with doctors, diagnostic testing services, physical therapy, and all related medical needs. • This service will usher the individual through this process with the goals of eliminating unnecessary appointments; reducing the time to definitive care; and reducing the between appointment times to a minimum.• The service will keep informed of all steps in the process and serve as the single point of contact for the injured individual– Objectives and Deliverables• Services provided by a company with experience working with police and fire personnel. They must understand the unique work environment, schedule, and needs of Police and Fire.• 24/7 access to service with a live representative, not a recording.• Service coverage for all employees of the police and fire departments regardless of their roll.• Services to include a dedicated health care coordinator to act as the single point of contact throughout an injury care and recovery plan.• Services for injury care coordination for both on duty and off duty incidents.• Close coordination with the agency Workers Compensation team, third–party provider, and State of Washington Labor and Industries.• Ability to work with the State of Washington Labor and Industries to ensure all services are in line with all applicable state regulations.• Access to a local medical provider network with the capabilities to address all manners of injury care and treatment.• The ability to expedite medical evaluation and care by going directly to the appropriate specialist within 72 hours of initial reporting of injury.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026
