Description
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid response for Purchase Description . The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract(s) or issuance of purchase order for the product(s) and or services(s) stated above. The bid is structured to allow for daily fluctuations in market price (DTN pricing). The bid also allows for differences in transportation charges based on delivery location. Most deliveries will be to Madison locations (Highway Departments, Alliant Center, Airport, Landfill and Parks Dept.), although there will be some deliveries to other points in Dane County.
