(1) Vendor needs to provide professional financial consulting services to the government authority located in Burlington, NJ.  – Professional financial consulting services for the county to assist with budget planning, financial forecasting, debt management consultation, capital planning support, operational analysis, grant support, economic growth opportunities, identification of opportunities for shared services, and related advisory and consultative services.– Accounting, auditing, identifying economic growth and shared services opportunities and other specialized financial consulting on a variety of matters for the county.– Budget and fiscal analysis.– Annual and multi–year forecasting.– Capital improvement and debt planning.– Operational and strategic financial consulting.– Identification of economic development opportunities.– Identification of potential shared services opportunities.– Attendance at meetings as requested.– Additional related financial consulting services as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
