Construction of Fire Station 15

The project consists of the construction of a new fire station with a three (3) bay apparatus wing and crew quarters complete with kitchen, living, laundry, hazardous wash area, storage and restrooms. The building shall be constructed on a footer, stem wall with slabs. The structure is comprised of painted CMU and stucco, structural steel columns and beams, metal decking, single ply roofing system, roll up, interior and exterior doors, windows, roofing, kitchen cabinets and appliances, drywall, tile, paint, associated trim materials, utilities, electrical and communications wiring and devices, HVAC systems with direct digital controls, plumbing rough and trim, site concrete, asphalt and landscaping. The project will involve all trade disciplines and includes a new emergency traffic light on US Highway 19.
