Seminole County is seeking qualified vendors to perform its utility bill printing, inserting of flyer's, and mailing/ emailing services. The County has approximately 44,000 water & sewer utility customers and sends out an average of 25,000 printed bills and an average of 17,000 emailed bills each month. Billing cycles occur 17 days out of the month: Utility Billing Statements are created daily and mailed and emailed. Final Billing statements are created weekly on Fridays mailed and emailed.
