(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design services to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA.• Coordinate scope and plan development with city engineering staff.• Review existing facility record drawings, geotechnical reports, odor control studies, and other engineering documents.• Prepare a preliminary design report for the biofilter with design criteria, and siting options and recommendation.• Engineering design of the new odor control biofilter, including the preparation of contract documents for construction. The design shall include all elements of the odor control facilities, including: biofilter, mechanical, civil, instrumentation and controls; electrical, seismic/structural; geotechnical, and landscaping.• The design shall include the demolition of the existing odor control system. The consultant shall include in their technical specifications, requirements for the construction contractor to provide temporary odor control equipment as necessary during construction.• Prepare an operation and maintenance manual for the odor control facility.• Prepare record drawings.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
